Not taking Damage or enemy not going down?(Conquest)

A while ago i encountered an issue which your team wouldn't take damage and the enemy couldnt be defeated(conquest). I posted about the issue on here and through other players its been determined that when this happens you need to remove your data cards. 

I am currently on teir 3 and i have encountered the issue. For me it originally cost me 35 energy to remove my cards and it took 28 more to add them back on to test my theory.
