Old account linked to Facebook, unable to recover it.

I played back in 2018, but quit for a few years. I was using Facebook to back my account up. I still have receipts from 2018 but I cannot recover my account since I didn't link it to anything else. ...

Hi ThomasEckersley​, 

On your older phone, can you still log into the account? The reason I'm asking, is if you can, grab your Ally Code and Player ID asap! The support team will need this to locate your account if you need to reach out to them.

You may also be able to transfer the account from the older device to the new one. We have a guide here that goes into how:
