Actually, looking at your ally code, you only have his basic at level 7. Are you sure you did it last time? And not say, on an alt?

Attempted on a second battle in Sector 3. Old Ben used his basic 23 times but the feat still shows 0/40.

Hm...was working for me. Does it still show as 0 after restarting your game? You say you did this last Conquest, so I assume you have the omega on his basic.

    No I’m dumb. I totally thought I did it with him last time. But you’re right. I must have used someone else to get it last time.
