If you submitted the form, there's really not much else to do.
If you've been banned for two years, you should probably give it up as lost.
Usually the bans are because of cheating.

Thank you for the clarification.
I understand that community members cannot review or remove the ban.
One important detail I discovered only recently is that the identifier I used in my previous appeal submissions was not my 9-digit Ally Code. I had mistakenly used another EA account identifier.
So I am now trying to recover my actual Ally Code and determine the actual date when the ban was applied.
My concern is that I was already unable to access the game in July 2024, while the current appeal form says it only accepts bans issued after September 30, 2024.
I am not asking the community to decide whether the ban was justified. I am only trying to find out whether there is any official EA or Capital Games escalation path for an old ban that cannot be handled by the current appeal form.
If anyone knows of such a process or an EA/CG contact who can clarify this, I would appreciate the information.
