It sucks but it' at least comforting to see they're going to such lengths to fix our issues and are also willing to compensate you for your troubles with some crystals, right?

Fantastic, still no reply whatsoever... Just had another crash in TB, luckily right after combat. They seem to be more frequent when a territory (TB or TW) had a lot of updates that I've missed

    Hmmm, or maybe the freezes occurred before TW, the crashes are back in full swing...

Oneplus 6 has the same issue, game crashes from time to time and it's not at any particular game mode or tab, it can happen anywhere, anytime, arena, battle nodes, character menus, shops, events...it s messed up that such good phones have been getting zero support from the game developers

    For what it's worth, I don't think this problem is limited to Oneplus devices. I'm seeing it on my Oneplus 5T, but before I got this phone I saw it on my HTC One (M7) as well.
    I wish we had more tools to debug stuff like this from our side ...
