The response I got confirmed I received the 2nd order of crystals on the 20th. The ticket and claim I am having an issue with, is in regards to the purchase I made on the 19th. I purchased 2x $49.99 crystal bundles.
In regards to the case # you cited, I don't have that number. The only case I on record is 195454820
This is all about the first order I made on 11/19. That is the one I am missing. Not the order that I made on the 20th. I just looked at my cases on help.ea.com and it shows only 1 case 195454820 being closed. They said there is no record of a purchase on the 19th, yet I will repeat again, and upload again, that I made two purchases and was charged twice.
