Signal Data Mastery Pack 2
Yesterday I noticed that the Signal Data Mastery pack 2 was available in the store so I attempted to purchase it, instead o got a $10 crystal pack giving me 1340 crystals. Thought it was error because the pack still showed as available so I attempted to purchase it again and received another 1340 Crystals. The pack still remained, this time I read the text box for the back and it said it was exclusive to people who bought signal data mastery pack 1, so I browse the store and saw this pack was also available so I went and purchased it, success I got the first signal data. Now that I have met the requirements for the 2nd signal data pack I figured I'd be all set to purchase the pack I initially wanted only to be met with 1340 Crystals again. I waited until this morning, the signal data mastery 2 pack was still available figured the day has rolled over and everything has refreshed and decided to give it one final attempt, yet again I got another pack of 1340 crystals. I went to my inbox to look at the messages that were building up that says I was given 1340 crystals each time because I have exceeded the amount of times I could purchase signal data Mastery 2. I opened a ticket through the EA Help link in the game after my second purchase attempt and didn't get a response, this was approximately 8:40 AM EST on January 29th and haven't gotten a response, it is currently 5:22 PM EST January 30th. I have also tried the restore purchase option in game which the EA Help link suggested I do, and nothing happened with that either. I was not looking for 4 $10 packs of crystals, if I wanted crystals I would have bought the $50 pack which I would happily pay the extra $10 for at this time. But in all seriousness I would really like the signal data pack I paid for 4 times now. What are my options, why wasn't the pack removed off it wasn't available for me? I guess it's partially my fault for not checking my inbox earlier but the link should have been removed at the same time.
