Open a CS Ticket they said...
Ok, so I opened a ticket regarding not getting Coaxium. These are the excuses I got:
- There was a server fix on November 27th that fixed the problem.
- You should log out of EA and SWGOH and then reboot your computer.
- You should contact Google Play for a refund
Who do I need to talk to in order to get this resolved? It is the SWGOH Loyalty Rewards Program. If you are not going to honor the rewards program, then I need to know what law office I need to contact so that I can file a lawsuit against false advertisement.
This is maddening.
