No, reinstalling or clearing the cache didn't fix it
Its clearly an error on your end from me clicking restore purchases and its for ever trying to restore a purchase for item that DOESNT EVEN EXIST IN THE STORE that it overcharged me for and is crashing my game repetitively its not something I can control until that is cleared on your end
Based on the information available to me, the purchase you claim is missing was already added to your account. I would suggest using a second device to sign into SWGoH. If you don't have another device Bluestacks emulator would be an option.

If you scroll up and look at the image i attached where it shows the name of the pack its charged me 30.99$ for and look at the available packs in the store, it doesn't exist i received nothing for it, nor did I try and buy it you can also see the 23$ i added to my google play credit which it took all of that and has charged me 30.99$ ontop of that.
The device i logged in with and tried to make the purchase of the 15$ pack that I was intending to buy is perpetually stuck receiving that error and kicking me out of the game.
If I log onto another device and click "restore purchases" it says its already trying to receive a purchase and then kicks me out of the game.
I did not authorise to spend 54.99$ AUD i authorised to spend 14.99$ Your game has removed money from my account without my authority and I think that's a pretty serious issue on your end. This isn't the first time this has happened.

The pack it charged me for was last added to your store on 7/24/2021.....

The bundle you purchased was not a permanent bundle. It is available in the store between 22/02/2023 - 08:00 UTC and 01/03/2023 - 08:00 UTC. You do not see it anymore because the purchase limit of the bundle is set to only two bundles per account.
If you want to discuss the purchase status of the bundles or request a refund you will need to reach out to EA Help, verify the ownership of your account and discuss the status of the bundles. However, refunds are not handled by EA Help. For a refund request, you will need to reach out to Google Play or Apple support.

Ok so you see those 2 bundles you're talking about are 14.99$ right?
Which were purchased, yes I received them thats not a problem.
Now do you see a purchase that aligns with my 30.99$ charge? Because there shouldn't be cause the pack DOESNT EXIST IT WAS LAST AVAILABLE IN 2021, I do not own a time machine. now my game is trying to refresh the purchase and its giving me this error
Like I dont even know what else to say its pretty straight forward, can you see the screen shots? I can retake them more zoomed in?
