Overwritten Account
Hello there,
has had anyone of you the same problem as me:
On computer, I logged in with my main email where my first and main player account is connected. When I wanted to change to my 2nd Playeraccount I just had to logout and use another email adress for my 2nd acc in EA App.
But now:
I went into SWGOH mobile (iOS) and - accidently - thought I had to klick „import Konto“ to logout on my Main and login on my 2nd account. But as it comes out: My Main was overwritten by my second Account but on my main Email adress and is now irreversibely connected to EA connect. My Main Player account is lost and not connected and my 2nd Email has no connection to my 2nd Player account anylonger (instead its now connected to my main gmail).
The support (who is answering every 2-3 hours) asking me for my Player-ID on the Main account - where I cant login. Aswell as they asked a 3rd time for the right screenshot for purchases on my Main account (I gave them and it was absolutely the right receipt). They as well told me that they can link my old Account to my email i‘m using now to contact ingame support but on the other side I am going to loose my current account.
I dont want to loose one of my accounts (where I paid real money) just because they are not able to implement a good Account-Managing-Tool :(
Can somebody give me a tip/hint? Had somebody the same problem?
