Pack #48 Mandos paid but not showing after days...

Hi, I purchased the Pack #48 but it's not showed up in game for me.  I've tried resetting my purchases but no one contacts me and nothing has changed.  I do remember when I had ordered it that I got hung up and it said like a previous order was still pending something like that but I did get billed for it and it's never showed up.  My Aly code 673-664-218
