Paid content not recieved. Error code 60.0.

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Iphone 10 xs max

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I bought the relic gargo package, did NOT recieve the content. All I get now is this error; Error code 60.0.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You figure that out. How would I know?

I bought the large galactic upgrade kit, and got the same issue, I can see that the transaction is registered in my bank account

Getting this issue too.

DO NOT uninstall the game. Did this, now the app closes when checking for updates

I have not been able to. Contacted support and they could do nothing, Hoping for CG response to get this fixed

@nitti4356 I’m having a tough time finding the correct place to place a ticket. It’s like a maze of “customer support” that just leads back to forums that offer no help. I did create a bug ticket, but I guess they don’t respond to that anyways. Looks like I’m missing two raids and GAC today.

I submitted a ticket for this as well. Getting word from some other people in my guild they are having the same issue as well.

@Jsub50 Another guild mate told me they are having the issue as well, every time they push the Malak event it seems they have big issues. If I could get refunded everything I’ve put in this game I’d walk away and never look back.
