Payed for Bad Batch LSB however it wasnt received

I bought 2 LSB, rogue one-1 and Bad Batch. I got the rogue one no problem. For the Bad Batch I didn't receive it. I payed for it, go throgh the bank, but while the game was processing the lsb there was a notification error. The payment still went through I can provide the email receipt. Can somebody help me get the LSB I bought? Many thanks

I also tried the restore purchase ingame, didn't work. I don't know if it counts as proof but the Bad Batch LSB is gone from my store as well
