Payed two times for the battle pass, still don't have it

I had two errors when purchase the Battle Pass on the webstore.
Then receive two confirmations of paiement, but I don't have the Battle Pass in game..
Having the Battle Pass can give me 20 shards of Kleya, and unlock the next fight in the event in two days, who give 5 shards a day.

I don't loose only money, I will loose time on my farm and my Era.
