Payout change

, I first started in January, changed payout to what I wanted, then when March came around and time change happened, I used my second change and ive been fine but when november time change happened, all my payouts are an hour earlier and I can't change it. I don't want to stay like this for a few more months. Can I have one more attempt to change time????
