PC Chat Issue – Instantly Submits Messages with a Single Letter

I'm experiencing an issue while playing on PC. Whenever I try to type a message in the in-game chat, the message submits instantly after typing just a single letter. I’m wondering if anyone else has ...

In case anyone else has this issue, the only workaround I've found is to type your message outside of the game and then copy and paste it.
