PC client connection error problem

Platform:iOS
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? PC (Windows on Arm, VMware Fusion on macOS Sonoma 14.5, Macbook Air M1 2020)

What type of issue do you have? Network/Connection
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Summarize your bug When purchasing the free store card using ally points or another shipment, or when entering/leaving a battle (wheter victory or defeat), I will get a "Connection Error" pop up with the text "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information" and two buttons "Exit Game" and "Try again" Try again doesn't do anything (the pop up disappears and then reappears). Exit game works. My issue now is I just completed a GAC battle and I don't want to lose the victory by exiting game before it records the victory.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? See above. 1) store purchase 2) shipment purchase 3) load a PvP battle 4) complete the PvP battle at each of these steps there is a chance of getting this Connection Error.

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, I don't know where to put feedback/bug reports for the PC client.

I'm using the PC client on a Windows 11 on Arm OS in a VMware Fusion VM on macOS Sonoma 14.5 on a Macbook Air M1 from 2020. The game runs smoothly when it works, but I get a "Connection Error" about 50% of the time when doing one of these things:
1) shipment 
2) store purchase
3) start a battle
4) complete the battle
5) load conquest

The "Connection Error" pop up has the text "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again. Please see
ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information" and two buttons "Exit Game" and "Try again"

* The "Try again" button doesn't do anything (the pop up disappears and then reappears)
* "Exit game" works.

My issue is I just completed a GAC battle and I don't want to lose the victory by exiting game before it records the victory.
