PC Client crashing

This started a couple days ago and is making the game unplayable on PC. Every few minutes I get an "unable to connect to EA servers error" and the game crashes.  This is making me lose battles in GAC and ROTE that should be easily winnable. This is not happening on mobile - I am connected on the same router at my house and my internet isn't dropping. This happens whether my VPN is on or off - that isnt the issue either.
