PC game graphic issues

For a week or so I've been unable to load the PC game fully.  When I open it goes to a square screen, usually black or grey and audio plays, but I can't actually play.  I've removed and reinstalled, restarted my computer with no luck.  My guess is a recent NVIDIA driver update caused this issue - I have a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 TI.  I haven't tried back revving the video drivers yet, but seems like something that EA-NVIDIA should address.  Thanks!
