Pending transaction + customer support dread.

Saturday I attempted to purchase the Sith eternal emperor 1 set.  The transaction popped up with a notice stating "transaction pending, expect results im 24 to 48 hours" so I waited.  48 hours later, nothing. So I made a ticket. Explained the situation attached a screenshot of my pending paypal transaction.  

Not only have I not made any headway on resolving the issue. I have had to deal with 8 different customer service reps, all of whom did not read the previous conversation, had to repeat myself multiple times and have been told if I just show my information they would help, despite the fact I have shown them all the info I can.  I need help. Please.
