Pending

I went to make a game purchase in Star Wars Galaxy ofHeroes, but the game froze before I even made it to the pay button. Now every time I go back to purchase it it says I have a payment pending. Google play confirmed I have no pending payments. I have been on with in game support for days. I have done every trouble shoot they told me to do. Update, restart, reinstall, everything over 15 times. For days I am still getting an error and can't purchase just this one specific light speed bundle. Please help!
