Perpetual “Loading Cantina”

For the last 24 hours I’ve been trying, but to no avail, to just start my game. I’ve been perpetually getting stuck in the “Loading Cantina” phase of the loading screen. I’ve tried everything under the sun: uninstalling and reinstalling, force closing the app, switching networks, and still nothing. If there’s anyone who can help me with this issue I’d greatly appreciate it. I’ve had this account since 2015 and I don’t want to lose all my progress to some stupid bug.

  • There is three possible explanations: something is wrong with your device, something is wrong with your account, or something is wrong on CG’s end. I recommend trying to log in to the same account on a different device to take care of the first option, trying to log in to a different account on your current device to deal with the second, and praying it’s not something on CG’s end.

  • Once you have figured out where the issue is stemming from, you can then more easily find out how exactly to solve the problem. For example, if it is an issue with your device you can double check all of that device’s settings to actually amend the problem.
