Phoenix unique abilities often don't apply to Hera lead after update

Summarize your bug After recent update (Darth Revan), when using Phoenix squad with Hera lead, Phoenix uniques sometimes don't apply to her for the whole battle. I have observed this with the 2 healing uniques (Kanan and Chopper) - they correctly apply to my other team members (Zeb and Ezra), but not to Hera - she doesn't get healed from debuffs nor does she get healed at the start of her turn and she doesn't get the bonus protection when being hit. In my observations, Zeb's passive however usually does apply and regenerate her protection at the start of her turn. I have her in the leader slot correctly (otherwise the uniques would not apply to Zeb and Ezra either). I have observed this in GW, but I suspect it might happen elsewhere too.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use a full Phoenix squad with Hera lead in GW. Cannot be reproduced all the time.
