Phone Notification won't go away since TU

Ever since yesterday's Title Update (that's July 30), the icon for swgoh is showing a little red 1 notification on it (per the attached graphic).  Nothing seems to make it go away, including turning ...

    @EA_Gunner can you confirm this is still being looked into? I see its been marked as Solved - but it's still occurring for me.
