Poe Dameron tenacity dont up
I up poe dameron passive skill (stand firm), in 6 lvl (stand firm) poe dameron have 44+8 tenacity( i watch stats before up skill) and then i up 7 lvl (stand firm) poe dameron stil have 44+8 tenacity it make me very sad, i spend resources but font get anithyng ;( i want my resources back

From your description that does sound as if there is a bug, unless we are missing some external factors.
If you had 44 Tenacity at rank 6, you should have a 19% Tenacity buff from Stand Firm which would give you 44*1.19 = 52.36
Now that you have increase it to rank 7, you should have a 22% Tenacity buff which should give 44*1.22 = 53.68
