Problem claiming KYROTECH SALVAGE BUNDLE purchased from webstore

I purchased 2x the KYROTECH SALVAGE BUNDLE from the webstore yesterday - I can provide the order numbers if required. When I went in-game to collect them, they appear to be broken. 

It says click to claim your 0: See attached screenshot for what they look like.

I clicked Claim on the first one thinking it might just be a display error but the game just showed the spinning icon for a long time until I had to force close the client.  When I reopened the game, one of the inbox messages was gone but the other is still there. I haven't clicked claim on that one, in case it helps with looking into the problem.

I was able to successfully claim the free pack today from the webstore.

  • Can confirm the second purchase now as well:

    25 Mk 7 Kyrotech Shock Prod Prototype Salvage.

  • Based on my information, the second purchase failed. This is the reason why you got an empty mail. Can you double-check your bank account if you were charged twice?

  • Hi, thanks for the quick reply. Yes both charges are on my paypal summary and I got 2 order confirmation emails from [edit: email address removed]

    Both of my in-game inbox entries had the same "0" entry.

    The "0" entry is most likely related to a delay. Based on your transaction history you placed two orders for kyrotech salvage bundles at 7:49:00am GMT.

    First order was completed and processed at 3/27/2023, 9:32:49am GMT:

    Purchased kyrotech salvage bundle.
    25 Mk 9 Kyrotech Battle Computer Prototype Salvage.
    25 Mk 7 Kyrotech Shock Prod Prototype Salvage.
    3/27/2023, 9:32:49am GMT.

    The second order was not processed yet and will most likely fail. I will keep an eye on it.

  • Good morning

    So seeing that you can see that the first one did work, I tried the second one @ 19:27:18 28/03/2023 GMT +00:00 taking screenshots of a kyro count before and after. It does look like it redeemed correctly but I still had the same problem of a forever spinning processing page.

    I'll attach the screenshots if it helps.
