Problem with BAM Lightspeed

Question

I bought the Mandalorian lightspeed bundle on 31st of december, and when the purchase was completed a screen appeared saying that an error had occurred. The money was collected, but I have not received anything, and the bundle no longer appears. I add the screenshots of my actual units with no relic and the screenshot of the orders historial page. Please help me!

But I tried to buy It another time, and one member of my guild try to buy It for me and the Game said that the bundle was already bought, I want to buy it. Or the Next time that bundle will be on the store, i want to be able to buy it, thanks
