Problem with LSB purchase

Hi,

I recently bought the Rogue One #1 LSB ($9.99) and did not receive the bundle. When I bought it, the game crashed. When I logged back in the LSB was gone from the store. I was charged, but have yet to receive the bundle. The in-game help has not resolved the issue. What can I do to receive the bundle? I’d prefer to have it rather than get a refund.
