9 months agoYou can find the case ID on EA Help under my account > my cases. Without the case ID, I cannot escalate it to EA Help's specialist team.

Hello, thank you for following up, I was away from my computer for the last few days
The first case was on https://ea-production.helpshift.com/hc/en/
and the platform and support staff never submitted a case number but are still stalling for the refund.
I've opened a case with eahelp #188797182 and they said their tools are "experiencing issues" and are unable to help and to try again, which i will but If you can escalate it I'd be immensely grateful
