Summarize your bug After beating the bonus tier, I received a message saying I had Insufficient Currency--you do not have enough Galactic Tickets

I did the Profundity Legendary event for the first time on 10/31. This occurred around 11:30pm Pacific.
After beating the bonus tier, I received a message saying I had Insufficient Currency--you do not have enough Galactic Tickets.'
I beat the bonus tier a second time and the same error popped up.
I tried using in-game support to report the issue but they seem to lack any understanding of the event and how it works. I would appreciate the crystals required to refresh the event 1 time, the next time the event appears, thanks! Hopefully it's fixed by then.

This error message can appear when your game client is out of sync with the server and is usually fixed by a game restart. Unfortunately, after checking our logs, I don't see any attempts at the Profundity Bonus Tier, and therefore, I can't refund you the crystals used. Sorry!
