Profundity Event Not Triggering Despite Completing Requirements

Hi, I wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing this issue or has any insight.

Back in December, I completed all the requirements needed to unlock the Depth (event/feature). However, the event has never appeared on my account since then.

I’m wondering if this could be a bug or if I might be missing something on my end. Has anyone else had a similar problem or found a solution?

Any help or guidance would be really appreciated. Thanks!

First time you complete the event you need to do it via the Journey Guide. It won’t show up on your events tab until you’ve done the Journey guide part first to unlock the ship.

The Profundity events are live on the final day of each and every month. Check the Journey Guide on 31 March and you should be able to unlock. Then the replayable event will begin to appear in your Events section on the final day of every month.
