promoting one member to officer isn´t working

i´m guild leader, i can promote other people to officer (i have promoted an other one, after this failure for testing) also restarting my phone, but this one i can´t promote:

    This and several issues are probably all related. There is some sort of issue with the upcoming title update that relates to underage accounts. My assumption is that the game thinks some accounts are underage that aren't. Here's some of the issues it's caused:

    • Can't connect to Facebook
    • Can't send ally invites
    • Can't promote players to officer
    • Can't direct message in game

    Randomly some people can't do these anymore even though they used to. This started in the past week or so. Hopefully they will fix themself on Wednesday after the TU but who knows.
