    no after collecting about 50 defense mods it started counting towards the 15 i needed for the quest thanks for the response

Hey there, in regards to the Protocol Quest progress, you need to spend Territory Battle Currency in the Guild Events Store (not the Guild Store) and you will see the progress.

In regards to the defense mods, are you having issues with the Mod Quest as well?
