Proving grounds not letting me participate despite not having max shards

I clearly do not have max razor crest shards and yet here we are… playing on iOS, latest version, iPhone XR… come on CG

Thanks for the report. The team is aware of an issue that is keeping players from participating in the Razor Crest Proving Grounds and is looking into a fix.

The event is ending soon. So, do we miss out on this and have to wait a month for it to return?

So the event is over, we all missed 20 shards of Razor Crest, any news when we can expect the fix/ news regarding the potential refund?

Are yall going to fix the issue. The events been over for days, and I want my razor crest shards that I missed out on, due to this glitch.

I needed exactly 20 razorcrest shards and was not able to participate as well. Been waiting for a fix. Any updates?
