Purchase Issue

I purchased the Grand Inquisitor LS bundle from the site, I was charged however no bundle, even after multiple resets, tapping restore purchases, and even shutting down my device. Please fix.

  • UPDATE: I purchased the Jango LS Character to see if the EA system would "see" my other purchase in the queue. Jango came, and there is STILL NO Inqusitorious LS bundle. I have not received the bundle that I paid for, crystals, or a refund for the error. I would appreciate receiving an update, but more importantly, the missing bundle purchase. Thanks.
