Purchase issue

Hello. On December 18th, 2024 I purchased signal data mastery for $4.99 with no issues. Shortly after I bought the signal date mastery 2 for $9.99 and never received the resources. I was charged. Under my payment history it says “astromech cargo 54.” Again, I never received the resources despite being charged $9.99 for it. I tried to click restore purchases and did not receive any notification. Please advise & thank you for your time.
