purchase not delivered

On February 25th, I tried to buy a mega-lot of bounty hunter ships: Bosk's ship, Slave 1, Xanadu, and IG2000. However, I received a disconnection message when I tried to purchase the ships, and when I restarted the game, the fragments were missing. The customer support bot recommended waiting 24 hours, which I did, but I received nothing. Today, February 28th, I tried to make the purchase again, and this time I was able to complete it, but the previous transaction was not refunded to my credit card. Can you please help me?
