Purchase of GL Currency When already at maximum

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Error in game, Game is coded so that Galactic Legend ticket packs will not appear if they would bring your total ticket amount over 144. This is not working in all situations, it is a bug. I was able to purchase both packs of DS energy when my tickets where at 144. Crystals where taken from my account. I did not have an increase in DS energy Resolution: refund lost crystals. ( 500 and 250 = 750 ) This whole process of me reporting this bug started on the 7th of April it took over 12 days of pointless back and forth chat via the help button in game. I finally got offered the resolution of being given back the crystals. I accepted and agreed I was happy with this. I was then told that i need to come on this forum site and report the bug. which when I initially tied the site seemingly would not let me access. All this still adding to my frustration with the whole process. Then asking me for proof of the purchases that had taken place about 5 days before I even had a response to my initial report of of the problem. By which time I had carried on playing the game as I couldn't just stop. The whole thing has just seemed to done in a way to send the customer around in circle so much that I guess EA hopes people give up in the end and get away with not fixing things. Or actually seeming like they value their gaming customers. I have spent thousands of my pounds on this mobile game on my phone. So to be subjected to jumping through hoops before getting a resolution is quite frankly not good enough. For a bug that they could check the gaming logs for their end to keep asking me to prove with evidence when they took 5 days to get back to me is a joke. The process should have been faster and simply been a quick check on my game logs which would have shown what had happened and then returning the crystals. Instead of me having to come and make an account on this site and re report the problem. To just add even more frustration and prove yet again how bad the customer service help can be when you have an issue. You have my ally code I gave you my full game ID in the help chat. Find someone who actually knows how to do their job properly and give me the resolution that was offered
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? How should I know I'm not a coder ! But you should make sure the Galactic Legend currency is not available to even purchase from the weekly shipment store if your currency if maxed out

  • I checked your account information and the logs available to us. Based on our information you got the currency without issues.

    not in the week I'm talking about it was the week before last. Like I stated I couldn't just stop playing the game while you took 13/ 14 days for us to get to this point. I wouldn't be complaining if I got the currency now would I. 

    Yet again proving your complete incompetence. 

    you need to got back to the game logs around the 5th , 6th or 7th of April not just for last week

    I know I re purchased the currency when the weekly store refreshed but that was not the week I was complaining about

    Regarding the weekly shipment section, the DS/LS currency is capped at 144. If you had it close to the limit, DO NOT purchase the tickets before spending the collected tickets.

    If I was at maximum the game should not have allowed me to purchase and if it does that is extremely sloppy coding on your part. There is no where in any of your game announcements that you warn your player that this will happen. not now or ever. All other game energy when at maximum awards past the maximum so why would us as the player expect this not to happen if not informed about. For you to the such a Rude tone with me over something you have not bothered to inform players of is quite frankly unacceptable. Who the hell do you think you are? Another support person already agreed as a one time exception that they would reverse the purchase if I came and post this report here and now you are basically telling me I can F off. 

    This is hardly the customer service you should be providing. I will now plaster this on all the web forums related to the game l can find out there and not just this one. 

    In the grand scheme of things it costs you nothing to just give me back the crystals which I had collect through my playing of the game.  which I will then be respending in the game any way. So I do not understand why you are making it into such a problem to do so

    Unfortunately, I have to tell you it was your responsibility to check the currency before spending crystals on it. This is not a coding issue.

    How is it not a coding issue?? You can be blocked from purchasing it at other times so that has been coded into the game so you sound like you don't even know how coding works. 

    So your basically going back on a resolution I was offered have wasted my time even further with an issue going back 14 days to tell me I can get lost

     what fantastic customer relations nice one
