Summarize your bug Error in game, Game is coded so that Galactic Legend ticket packs will not appear if they would bring your total ticket amount over 144. This is not working in all situations, it is a bug. I was able to purchase both packs of DS energy when my tickets where at 144. Crystals where taken from my account. I did not have an increase in DS energy Resolution: refund lost crystals. ( 500 and 250 = 750 ) This whole process of me reporting this bug started on the 7th of April it took over 12 days of pointless back and forth chat via the help button in game. I finally got offered the resolution of being given back the crystals. I accepted and agreed I was happy with this. I was then told that i need to come on this forum site and report the bug. which when I initially tied the site seemingly would not let me access. All this still adding to my frustration with the whole process. Then asking me for proof of the purchases that had taken place about 5 days before I even had a response to my initial report of of the problem. By which time I had carried on playing the game as I couldn't just stop. The whole thing has just seemed to done in a way to send the customer around in circle so much that I guess EA hopes people give up in the end and get away with not fixing things. Or actually seeming like they value their gaming customers. I have spent thousands of my pounds on this mobile game on my phone. So to be subjected to jumping through hoops before getting a resolution is quite frankly not good enough. For a bug that they could check the gaming logs for their end to keep asking me to prove with evidence when they took 5 days to get back to me is a joke. The process should have been faster and simply been a quick check on my game logs which would have shown what had happened and then returning the crystals. Instead of me having to come and make an account on this site and re report the problem. To just add even more frustration and prove yet again how bad the customer service help can be when you have an issue. You have my ally code I gave you my full game ID in the help chat. Find someone who actually knows how to do their job properly and give me the resolution that was offered
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? How should I know I'm not a coder ! But you should make sure the Galactic Legend currency is not available to even purchase from the weekly shipment store if your currency if maxed out
