Purchase of LSB gave crystals

Hello,

I just purchased the Iden Versio bundle on the webstore and when I opened my game it gave me crystals instead. How can I get the pack I actually purchased? It even said claim your Versio's Command bundle in-game and it was just crystals. I also did not receive any of my kessel run points for the purchase either. Any help would be appreciated!
