Conquest Bug ?

I'm on conquest EASY Sector 2 on node 8 and the clone troopers just seems to be bugged . they last health bar partion don't go down . I mean I'm dealing 100k dmg on them and they just won't die . Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong ?
