Purchased Conquest and didn't get my Beno Solo shards.
Where are my Ben Solo conquest shards purchased the standard and I didn't get my shards.

They should have been visible on your premium rewards track for you to claim. Were you playing Normal or Hard Conquest?
I was playing normal. I also did claim from the premium rewards track. If there is a difference between getting Ben Solo shards with normal or hard it isn't clearly defined.
You should have gotten them on Normal, there are just 15 as opposed to 30 on Hard.
If the rewards from the right nodes were claimed, you should have them. Hopefully they can check your logs, but you'd need to provide your ally code.
