Purchased Crystal Pack ONCE, charged TWICE
The "Help" in game is utterly useless. The EA help and support won't help because it's a mobile game and re-directs you to the in-game-help which, is useless.
I purchased a $50USD crystal pack on the Webstore earlier today (30 November 2025) and, as usual, I had to sit on the webpage multiple times to refresh to actually be able to purchase it. Usually when trying to purchase an in-game item on the webstore results in "Oops. Something went wrong try again later" I was pleasantly surprised when it only took 20 minutes of refreshing the webstore to purchase the crystal pack.
I then received two emails back-to-back informing me that I purchased the same crystal pack, TWICE.
I attempted to resolve the webstore bug via multiple ways, like stated above. They refuse to issue me a refund. I did not collect the second crystal shipment, it is still sitting in my inbox in game. I then reached out to my bank to initiate a chargeback for the second, illegitimate crystal purchase when I was informed by a guild member that EA can and will cancel your entire account if they get one of those.
Has anyone negotiated a refund on a webstore error? If so, where did you go and how did you do it??
