Purchased crystals but didn’t get them
Hello. On 12/26, I placed order O-6RN73274YL004443V on the web store using PayPal. The item purchased was the holiday crystal coffer for $49.99. When I signed into the game and opened the message instead of the crystals box opening, I got nothing. I restarted the game, and my in game message box was empty.
