Purchased Empire LST, got crystals instead (2nd attempt)

I purchased the Empire LST a few days ago on the online store and received crystals instead as shown in the attached picture. I cannot even purchase the LST again because the game thinks I already have it. I’ve talked to the EA AI chat and clicked restore purchases… nothing. This is my second post trying to get this resolved. Help me CG…. You’re my only hope. Ally code is 687-798-248.
