I bought 3 days ago (Fri, Dec 5, 2025 at 7:09 PM) LSB - SITH ETERNAL EMPEROR LIGHTSPEED II - ORDER NUMBER: 1005509464240 - my identifier x53cgkk9xuve – and I received crystals instead of it!!! My account was charged and I have the purchase confirmation. I opened a ticket with the support department and nothing for 3 days!! No response at all, I don’t know where to turn. I don’t feel like playing in such a situation or buying anything else if there’s no guarantee that you actually receive what you pay real money for. In such cases, the reaction should be immediate, but as we can see, players who support this game are not respected at all. Please help me with information on where to turn to get what I paid for, or a refund?
