Purchased Eternal Emporer Lightspeed Bundle and received crystals instead?

Been on live chat to EA for two hours - no help.  I purchased eternal emporer lightspeed bundle 1 for about £25 and only received crystals. No-one will help. EA won’t help. Anyone have any advice? ...

I have the same problem since Friday, I have gotten no help yet hope they fix this soon because I won't leave it like this.
