Purchased GAS lightspeed bundle but got crystals instead of the characters

Yesterday I purchased the gas bundle off the web store, but when I claimed it I received crystals instead of the characters. Has anyone else had this issue? Tried starting a ticket with the EA help but wasn’t helpful. If anyone can help I would be very grateful.
