Recently was delivered the new client but it has lots of bugs; in todays events (General’s command and Admiral’s maneuver) I can’t get to the bonus tier even when I have the 7 star capital ships that are asked for each, and I had already done that tier before the update.
hope you can solve this soon.
I have the same glitch. Filed ticket no response yet.

Unfortunately, it's not a bug. It's part of the latest update. Anyone who has the max shards for the ship can no longer access the event.

If you have any of these ships at 330 shards or more they will no longer be accessible to you.
P.S. I hate this new forum. I had to refresh this page at least five times and even restart the browser so I can post this. I kept getting a stupid error message about invalid HTML each time. Seriously?!
Happens to me all the time. Absolutely awful forum experience.
I am a programmer by no means, I can use Office 365 freely but nothing more complicated than that, but seriously, this forum feels like it was designed by a high-schooler on a sugar rush.
CG loves to hate their players. God forbid we continue to get a few extra shards once a month after months/years of grinding for capital ships.
It feels designed by the same morons who can't fix a fleet meta after a month, but sure as heck can remove a bug that benefits players in mere minutes.
CG is constantly showing this player base gets absolutely no respect from them.
