Purchased Grand Inquisitor LSB and was given crystals instead of characters

I just purchased the grand inquisitor lightspeed bundle on my account and when I logged in it just gave me like 7,000 crystals instead.  Help would be greatly appreciated.  ally code: 473-382-287

I know other people are posting about similar issues but I'm adding another post to the pile.

I bought the Grand Inquisitor LSB and received crytslas instead. I have raised a ticket using the in game help. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, it looks like this has happened before with other LSBs and been fixed.
