Grievous + Malevolence LSB issue
I purchased the Grievous Relic 7 and Malevolence Lightspeed bundle in the webstore about half an hour before making this post. I purchased it, it directed me to my paypal where I accepted the payment before it issued an error message with a blank page. I went back to the webstore to see nothing had changed. I have not received Grievous, the capital ship or the stardust but have been charged TWICE for it.
To repeat, my Paypal has been charged TWICE. Two fees of $38.99 AUD to separate EA affiliated accounts. This has not happened with previous purchases. I pressed 'Restore Purchases' on my iPhone to no avail. I understand the webstore is seriously unstable and have experienced difficulty in the past while navigating it; also today the Wat Tambor bundle was vanishing in and out of existence.
I have not received the customary 'compensation crystals' often associated with invalid transactions. I have received no compensation at all as I don't think EA has been notified that they have charged me. I bought the Malgus bundle yesterday from the Webstore without issue. My Wi-fi is horrendous and the weather is fowl today so it could have been a connection issue on my end.
It still, of course, needs to be resolved. Thank you.
